Batch QR codes: CSV import and label printing

Create named QR batches, choose PNG or SVG, and print A4 or Letter labels without losing the quiet zone.

Static codes keep the original content

These QR codes contain the supplied text or URL directly. The tool does not provide editable redirects, expiry timers or scan analytics. A website link still needs a working destination. To change the encoded address, generate and distribute a new code.

Prepare a named CSV batch

Use the columns name, content. Download the CSV template, replace its sample rows and keep both column names. Quote values containing commas or line breaks. Select URL or plain text before importing, then generate up to 200 codes. Check each preview and the failure report before downloading the ZIP.

Choose SVG for resizing, PNG for fixed pixels

SVG retains vector geometry when resized; PNG is a raster image. ZIP can include both formats and reports. Keep the four-module quiet zone clear on every side. Adding a logo selects high error correction, but does not guarantee readability: test the exported file with more than one scanner before printing a batch.

Print a test sheet at actual size

Open Printable labels and match A4 or Letter to the loaded paper. Set label width, height, columns, gaps, margins and copies. Print at 100% scale with browser headers and footers disabled; printer margins can still affect alignment. Check one physical sheet and scan it before using adhesive stock. Save PDF from the same print dialog.

Capabilities and limits

Generate up to 200 static codes, including structured Wi-Fi and contact CSV batches. Export PNG, SVG, JPG or PDF, use local image decode checks, and restore project JSON. Labels support presets, individual copies, used-sheet starting positions and print offsets. Check a physical sample before production.
